Thanks everyone, I had a great birthday and got lots of presents. Rob cooked me breakfast and gave me some snow skis, snow goggles and two beanies, so I'm all set for the opening ski season next weekend. Can't wait!!!

I got an early birthday present from Kawasaki last week and have to say I am very happy with them. A couple of weeks ago I went into the garage to check out my gorgeous brand new ZX10 with only 570ks on it to find a very small bit of paint on the top of my tank had bubbled up. I wiped it and it flaked off with another spot. I took it to the local kwaka dealer where I bought it and they said it might be covered under warranty as a paint defect but they weren't too confident that it would be. I was so sad that my brand new bike was now mangy and would never be the same if I had to repair the defect by re-spraying the tank.

I took photo's and they emailed them to Kawasaki. Within a few days I got a phone call and they advised me that Kawasaki were covering it under warranty and that they had ordered me a new tank.

I love my 10 and have been extremely happy with it and that I bought it. I am definitely now a Kawasaki convert and can say with experience that the service that I have received from Kawasaki is far better than Honda.
