I know there's probably not too many F1 fans here, but, well, is he?

You bet...Team mates running first and second...then one doesn't finish and the other comes third.

Seems the pressure to beat Mark got to him...

YES - there is no way in hell he'd pull that move on Button or Hamilton or any other driver and expect them to move over for him!

If that wasn't bad enough it looks like the RBR management are fully behind this numbnutted twit!

Mateschitz is Austrian and Vettel is German...Of course the management are going to support Vettel.

Mark has done so much work to bring the car up to being competitive and that is the support he gets.

Once again a situation of big business in sport.

I agree Vettel was a little harsh in his line, and he paid the price. BUT, he was definately quicker than Webber, got his nose in front and had the racing line. Not only does a good driver know when to attack and defend, but he also knows when to yeild. Webber has not yet learned this.

What was good to see was the two British world champions showing the Red Bull boys how close racing is done. This was the first race for a while when I have stayed awake.

Yes he is an idiot.... If you are second and your team mate is first... let your mate win and defend his 1st place by not letting other cars to pass :?

With both drivers level in the world championship and Vettel hounding Webber he was in a better position to win the race. With no team orders it is a drivers race.

Webber didn't have to yield, as you said, this early on in the season, it's every man for himself going for the win... Webber did not deviate, he held his line, it's not his duty to make way and give up the lead... He didn't do anything wrong, who cares if he was slower on that lap, you don't get bonus points for winning by a huge margin. It's clear who redbull would prefer to win the championship...

I am curious :? how do you see that Vettel had the line.

In any racing I know of, if your going to take the inside line you need to be able to hold it into the corner to make it stick. His line was going to see Webber in front after the drive out of the corner anyway. ;)
Not only did Vettel not take the lead but he was on a line that he could not carry into the corner with speed. He was always going to loose unless he could get over to the right for a wide entry.

other F1 opinions I heard on the radio today, seemed to confirm that Vettel is, indeed, a fucknuckle of the highest order. He moved across on Weber before he was in front of Weber. Simple as that I reckon.....

Sure did. Webber has proved before that he will take a hit rather than say 'after you'. Once you get a rep for that everyone has a go knowing that you will give way.

Vettel should have stayed on the line he was on and not try to push Mark aside to get a better line into the corner.
