And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.

I would be inclined to cancel any orders that aren't paid for by the time production takes place. It's not like they haven't been given enough time to get their shit together so I think it's reasonable that they miss out if they couldn't be bothered to at least get back to you and sort something out.
