Yay - down a kilo!!!

As well as the improved eating I've started doing a one hour core strength session with a physio two times a week so I'm feeling stronger and more toned. Absolute bargain too ....after health fund contribution its only $16 per session and the groups are only 1-5 people! Last night I had a one hour one-on-one for only $16! If anyone is looking for a good physio/pilates, etc place in Sydney I'm going to http://lizmillard.server101.com/ (the website is just in set up phase but the practice is established).

I've finally found the treadmill powercord in our piles of mess in the spare room so I'll be setting that up tomorrow to get some cardio done.

Come on peeps. Time to update your results... :D

Made the 91kg target for this week. Now will be pushing really hard to break into the high 89's by next Monday.

Been on holiday, have been eating crap food and done little excercise (except two BMX race meetings). Seem to have dropped a bit - more from luck than judgement. Most try harder...

Thanks for the boost.

Just had some pretty major surgery hence the drastic loss so i do expect to gain some over the next month or so.

I'll be introducing a proper diet (portion control anyway) and plenty of excercise, i play soccer 3 times a week but can't play due to the surgery so walking it is. Poor dog doesn't know whats hit him lol.

Thanks also Cath. If i could feel better within myself i'd feel great about it but i'm still not feeling the best yet. Its coming though ;-)

Another week. Time to hit the scales peeps!!

Had a shocker with my diet this week but managed to someone drop 600g. Probably through a few extra weights sessions. Hows everyone else doing?
