spent many an hour there early seventies including a short period of employment.....................fond memories of the staff accomadation

isn't insurance a wonderful thing.............10 million to cover demolition costs and lost revenue while redeveloping or is that harsh and libleous

Saw it on the news tonight, imagine the development the area will now recieve.
I thought they were talking about knocking down in the past.

Apparently plans were already in the early stages for the demo and construction of an International Hotel, so when it's finished, might be to cla$$y for the likes of us lot..........

Maybe the new pub will charge realistic prices, instead of ripping off the people who keep the Island afloat.
