Don't think this has been posted before...
A recent article in a magazine of a club that I am a member of states that a rider at fault is now entitled to up to $5,000 cover for expenses and loss of earnings from MAA (in NSW) from 1 April 2010.
There are a number of requirements including that claim must be lodged within 28 days.
Claims can also be lodged while awaiting determination of other driver/rider at fault claim.
