Hmmm maybe this game is a little more interesting than first thought... Now if we added some NRL badboys, created a side in Western Sydney and sent them out Rooty Hill way then in 15 years time we may see Underbelly 3

Underbelly 3 is happenig now and with recent developments in Victoria (Des Moran, carl Williams et al) i'm sure channel 9 is rubbing their hands in anticapation of series 4 but it's probably 5 years away at least I reckon by the time al this shit clears the court system.

It was another great win to the Pies last night, after being challenged again by the current 2nd-best side in the competition, they strode away to another 20-goal game and the Dockers can count themselves lucky it that they were not beaten by 10 goals

Next week will be a good test, and easily the game of the round. Could even be a pre-cursor to September action . Win or lose, I am sure the Pies will provide a lot more of a challenge to the horizontal hoola-hoop gayboys than Richmond or Brisbane could muster

Read in the Age today that over 2million is expected to be wagered on this game ! FMD that is huge. They also reckon it will probably draw a crowd of >90,000 to the G on Friday night, and may even beat the Anzac Day crowd !

Should be a fantastic match no matter which side wins. The Pies have the best attacking backline in the competition, and have finally sorted out a forward line that can kick a lot of goals. Geelong have the greatest player to ever grace a footy field on their team......

I just wonder if the Cat's backline will be able to hold down all the good players in the Pies forward line ? Sure, Scarlett will be given the job on Jack Anthony or maybe Chris Dawes......but there are 5 or 6 other forwards just as capable of kicking a big bag of goals.

Maxwell can hold Mooney no worries, he's done it before and will do it again........but Varcoe is in good form, so is Chappy. Dane Swan has held Ablett to career-worse stats in the past, fingers crossed he can do it again.....this game is going to be a corker.

FWIW Ablett had a fairly average game last week so expect a corker this week, the Moon man is in great form, Varcoe is in good form, Chapman as good as ever, Stokesy should be better for the run and we should have the iPOd back too. Bring ya best Collingwood ya gonna need it I reckon

Might have James Kelly back in the backline too after being a late withdrawal last weekend, Max Rooke probably to come back into the side soon and Joel Corey is a definite starter if fit. Still room for improvement in the side that won last week, be afraid, be VERY afraid!!!

Joel Corey has been out for the last month Gos, out for yet another month too I'm quietly confident we can "stick it right up em" especially with the iPod back Will be stocking the fridge with beer tomorrow as if a mate can't score me tickets I can still watch it live in HD and that's fine!

Big article in the HUN today on the spread of goalkickers for the Pies whereas Geelong has had more contributions from our main forwards, it's gonna be big I reckon, go you handbaggers!!!
