I wouldn't recommend that unless you are very flexible and extremely well balanced. Getting the legs on and off the pegs not that easy if you are gifted with height, that and the fact you are relying on someone else to hold the bike wouldn't be the ideal situation especially if they don't time it correctly and you are relying on them to help.
