Bike Gear Warehouse - Great Service

Post by Glen »

I've bought some gear previously from Mat Mladin Imports, ie a set of leathers at the clearance sale but yesterday I ordered some bits for the ZX10 from the online store at BGW and I have to say I'm really impressed with their service.

Their pricing is good, the website works really well, you get a confirmation email once you order, you get a confirmation later on once your order is complete, telling you when it is despatched and then this morning my gear turns up. :D

The only problem is they've got some really good gear that you could spend a bucket of money on.

If you register as well they send you out specials etc on email pretty regularly.

If I'm looking for anything now these guys are my first port of call

Mate, only good raps for these guys, they looked after me when I needed a new exhaust skin for the Z and bent over backwards to sort through old stock/ shitters till they found one.
If you have time to go to the store, it's amazing, heaps of gear everywhere, Mecca for window shopping I'll tell ya.
If you visit the store you may have to wait a while as they can be quite busy but the service deserves the wait 10 outta 10 :kuda:

I've said it before and I'll say it again - these guys are one of only two 'shops' in Sydney who understand the meaning of customer service...and their internet service is great :) (and cheap!).

If you haven't been to the warehouse before go for a ride down there one day - its like a candy shop!! So many toys!!

Just a hint.....not all of the REALLY good discounts are online. For example, the leathers I picked up the other week for $499 are in the clearance section and not on the website.

I got my exhaust from these guy's extremely cheap for a set of twin's.....I went in and got them though as I'm impatient and hate waiting and they are only 1/2 hour away.....As mentioned above there are plenty of bargain's at the outlet that arn't advertised if you can get yourself out there :kuda:

I also think they are good, hopefully other businesses will follow their lead. Have purchased a number of items from them. I am not usually happy to be on email lists but enjoy getting thier emails and info about specials.

Bump...

Got online today and ended up with a MGP Growler slip-on for the 6... At $349 I couldn't justify more expensive options right now. Their online support is fantastic! Their site said they were out of stock but low and behold the support checked the shelf for me and I have the pipe on its way  Can't ask for more than that!!! :kuda:
