Who rides a bright orange ZZR250 in Victoria?

Was driving down the Monash yesterday when I was passed (and then I passed) by a bright orange ZZR250 with KSRC stickers on both sides.

I probably freaked the rider out, I was trying to work out if I could tell who it was. If you're on here I was in the silver Magna, sorry :).

All I could really tell was that I am 99% sure they were male and 100% sure they were wearing Blunnies or safety boots :).

No, we parted company not long after ;).

They seemed to be travelling in convoy with a few other bikes.

I forgot to mention it had a L Plate, as did the small cruiser in front of him.
