you can do it yourself, but mightn't me a bad idea since you just got it to take it to someone to service and give it a check over.

not sure mate, i think throught kawasaki it would be around the 200 mark? its been a while since i had a bike serviced anywhere but my garage

Hopefully I'll be the same as you for the most part. But like you suggested, considering I've just bought the bike it would be wise to get it done by a professional first, make sure everything is ok. From then on, I think I'll do it myself, I used to do my trucks, a bike has got to be easier.
