Yeah you'll find the first few long rides, your rear and arms tend to be a bit sore, but you just do a few more and you'll be right. I was hell sore after the first few long rides on mine but now all good.

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.

get the seat re upholstered. my old man does heaps of bikes (tourers, sports, off road etc) as the seats are always too hard for people, if your uncomfortable then do something about it, you'll enjoy the ride alot more.Everyone's arse is different so the same mass produced slab of foam doesn't suit everyone. I did my seat when I first got my zx6r made it alot more comfortable.

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

i did Canberra-albury via the snowies on a 250 (thats about 750km all up) the trick is to pace yourself, and work your way up to long rides.

bigger bikes do make it a little easier
