Thanks for all the concerns guys. Feeling kinda run down now, and the onset of a headache, some drugs should fix that though

Good luck with the insurance side of things - are you hoping his insurance pays out, or repairs?

Glad you walked away in one piece mate, when Victoria called this morning I was in shock as the stack sounded pretty bad
just goes to show you can never scan enough & leave plenty of distance..... now don't do it again!!!!!!
Yes, he was upset about his step, apparantly it not long went on
Victoria has tendancies of exaggerating things, but i guess she was just in shock herself
Yes sir...wont do it again

Good to hear you're OK, although you'll be a sore lad tomorrow. Now if firey had of turned up with the fire brigade the story would have been perfect
Well it turned out to be that my brother in law who also showed up, knew the towies, and the guy in the van knew one of the fireies. it was a big reunion of sorts

Ha ha ha - funny thing was that he was MORE concerned about his visor sticker than the lid or the bloody bike!!! Me thinks he hit his head harder than he realises!!!

Another case of guilty until proven inncocent here... I'm surprised they didn't also try and book you for J walking for your slide down the road.
Well to be honest from what my brother in law could make from the conversation the copper and I were having, seems like she was trying to save me from putting my foot in my mouth, but to be honest it didnt sound like that at the time. Anyway, i explained it all properly and all got sorted out
would have to give the cager some credit with his reaction & handling of the matter.. seen too many AT FAULT drivers try to swing a shifty and place false blame, but he copped his mistake on the chin.
Yep credit is due here, as soon as i stood up he stated that it was his fault, the real test here will be if i get a phone call with the claim number
