Advise on Screens

Post by Noddy »

Hi All,

I am looking to replace the original screen on my 02 ZX9R with a double bubble in dark smoke. Just wondering if anyone has any advise on good/bad brands. I've had a look at Zero Gravity, Puig, Airblade, Powerbronze and others and am struggling to decide bewteen them.

Any advice/experiences would be great.

Thanks,

Baden.

I've always preferred the Zero Gravity to the other's I've seen - but it is a matter of taste so each to they're own.

Zero Gravity. I just got a new screen for the ZRX, whilst its OK it is not in the same universe as the ZG. The ZG fit was perfect and quality second-to-none, the other one not so

I have also had a rather large crash and it survived no problem.

You will be able to get ones cheaper but as I always say "you gets what you pays for" and "cheap shite is exactly that....cheap and shit" ;)

I got a $30 job off Ebay for the trackie and it's shit compared to the better brands. It fits and looks ok, but the fit isn't perfect and everything looks distorted if you look through the screen. It doesn't matter on the trackie though, as I'm too 'big boned' to get down low enough to look through it and it doesn't have to look that good. If it was going on a road bike I would go the Zero Gravity.
