Hi Everyone! I'm buying a bike sight-unseen from Wagga Wagga and just wanted to ask if any KSRC members are from Wagga Wagga? I'm wanting someone to just take a quick viewing of the bike, I'll obviously pay for your time. If anyone's interested please PM/Email me.
It's a 2007 model GPX250.
Thanks!

Re: Anyone from Wagga Wagga?
Hi Everyone! Thanks to all the replies but I woke up this morning with an off feeling about the whole transaction. I'm quite sure that the couple were honest and so forth but I just felt that I was paying $4000 outright without seeing the bike and paying it first that I don't have any guarantee that I would even get it
The only thing I had was the Transfer of Ownership and I spoke to a few mates of mine and they all said that even if I reported it stolen he can do anything to it in between now and when the cops get it back, not having insurance on the bike I'll just get a crummy bike for $4000.
After delivery it was going to cost me $4250 and today I grabbed a 2006/2007 GPX250 in Red for $4500, so an extra $250 with 2,500 k's on the clock, so I'm quite happy with that. It's exactly the same design as the one I was going to get from Wagga Wagga but red instead of black.
Hope I made the right choice but I thought for $250...peace of mind.

Re: Anyone from Wagga Wagga?
You could have saved a couple of hundred with the one from Wagga but if it turned up and was not what you expected you would feel shitty with it every time you road it. The one you picked up sounds like a very good buy. Have fun with it.
