Exhaust Servo
is there any way to remove the exhaust servo and trick the bike into thinking it's there on a 06 zx6??? mine has carked it and i'm getting sick of the f.i. light always being on.

I have a spare gizmo that replaces the cables, it came with the new pipes & is not needed as I had already done the conversion.

i have a muzzy slip on fitted with the "stop" on the servo, but the servo doesnt work at all....had the seat off and it no longer moves at all!!!!!

If you have it still spare Rob I might grab it for the Gumby when I do the pipe conversion if that's cool, because I think I'll need it. I had the same thing for the 6 and the setup on the 10 looks the samerobracer wrote:I cant help thenbugga

Cwidova, mine has stopped working too. I've tried multiple times to fix it, sometimes it works for a couple of hundred k's, then the light comes back on again.
I must admit, I've given up trying to fix it and just put up with the FI light, even though it's annoying. Please let me know if you find something that works!

found a thing called "ivan's sevro eliminator".......

i think there is one for the 05-06 but cant get onto ebay on the work computers.....i found the ivan's site but it doesnt show any pics and hasn't got much info...

had a big thread on that, they pulled one part and worked out it was just a resister i think. it sort of made the ecu think something was happening when there wasnt, the resister replicated the load used by the servo.
