When I haven't had use of starter rollers, I've always used the starter button to bump the engine over, and hit the kill switch as soon as it catches and fires. Do that 3 or 3 times and your oil pressure light will go out, meaning the oil system, is pressurised and your filter is full.

I just put a K&N air filter on the ZRX.

Do I need to 'fart' it?
