MAW Farewell Drinks - Sam is leaving.....

Post by Simba95 »

Hi All,

As you may/may not have heard MAW has new Owners & they are taking over 1st October.

Greg will be leaving for the far north coast late october & it is officially my last day at MAW tomoro (Sat26th Sept)!

Hope some of you come along to the Castle Hill Tavern on Friday 2nd October from 6:30pm onwards to say see-ya.

Thanks to so many of you for your continued patronage over the past 7.5yrs I have been with MAW - I have learnt a hell of a lot and will miss
seeing many of you in the store.

Please stay in touch and hopefully I will see you on the road soon.

Cheers!

Sammy :kuda:

Sucks to see MAW go and especially yourself and Greg who would have to be 2 of the best people in the industry i have ever meet, all the time in the world to help with the smallest or largest problem.
Will stop up on Sat to grab a few last bits and peices and say bye...

Bugger - we're going away for the long weekend, so won't be able to come.
But I'll definitely raise a glass of something to you, wherever we are.

All the best Sam. And I'm sure we'll see you around!

Bummer Sam but I'm sure it's for the best, whatever your reasons! ;)

None the less, a bit sad. I'll drop down this arvo or tomorrow and have a chat if you've got a spare minute.

Tim.

Good luck Sam, and definitely let us know where you end up - it's much more about the people than the place where these things are concerned. Enjoy your week of riding and hopefully we'll see you out for a few more weekend rides.

I hope the new owners know what they're in for now that they've lost you

Hey Sam only met you once (and as most will say that was probably enough  ) but am sure there will be plenty more occassions for bump ins as often hang out with your peski neighbours    who I adore of course.

Hey Andy if you want to head out next Friday after 7 sure da man and I will be happy to hang till then.

Best of luck Sam with your new advenutre and am sure the new owners will very much regret loosing you, hopefully see you on the road and maybe at the Tav next Friday, am always up for a drinki or two. (Oooohhhh the Tav that will certainly bring back some memories).

Andy - Let's Ride Baby!!! If I can't scab the Gixxer (swear word hear I know) i'll be a big brave girl and ride the 9 if Sir Richo will allow!??! Or if I'm not correct you are licenced to ride the 9?!? I could ride the twin....any which way again I say Lets Ride Baby!!! You can lead this time - and I bet you could beat me now :P just let me know when I think I know where hehehe x

Thanks Dave #3 :) My Motto has always been to make it about 'you' people - the customers, and I believe knowledge and skill played a big part in that :)

Rob - I am in tomoro, I check up on it in the morning.....call me or drop past, Greg is there till Friday and is in financial control till Wens :)

Looking forward to a fairly big turn out at the Tav - more memories to be created I hope!
