Re: zzr vic to SA
It's been a while since I transfered an interstate car to SA rego, but,
From memory, take it to Transport SA at Regency Park, fill out a form and pay some money. An inspector will look over it and make sure it's legit and all numbers, VIN, engine etc match.
Then go to motor reg next door, pay some more money and fill out more forms and they will issue you with a plate and SA rego.
You will have to surrender the plate or have 14 days to do so.
Is it a personalised Vic plate? If so the guy should have sorted that out before he sold the bike.

Re: zzr vic to SA
i'd imagine you'll have to have SA's version of a RWC as well......or they won't swap rego over
