Just bought 3 pair of the windjammer plugs from the 1st thread ,I'll let you know how they go , have been using the Spark-plug ear plugs I have at work but find it difficult to hear with the lid on--as at petrol stations.

I also think the helmet has a lot to do with it....I had no issues with my old helmet but I bought a HJC cause it was cheap and semi comfortable....WRONG It lets in so much cold air and whistles like a bastard
....Am hopeing it's just a dodgy visor....Have ordered a new one....

the angle of your screen compared to your old bike will make a difference as well. Your sitting postion has also changed so you might find you are buffering the wind more now.DISCO wrote:I also think the helmet has a lot to do with it....I had no issues with my old helmet but I bought a HJC cause it was cheap and semi comfortable....WRONG It lets in so much cold air and whistles like a bastard....Am hopeing it's just a dodgy visor....Have ordered a new one....

Just got the plugs in the mail, Went round the block at the island 100Kph , and reckon they cut about 60% of the wind noise out,had a conversation with my lid on ,easy to hear the other person.Didn't realise the bike was so loud!!!. Bottom line I like em.
