Nice work!

Few questions, the indicators are now in the tail light assembly right? Looks clean. What screen is that, i like the shape and been always meaning to get one. Lastly, how much for the pc111 and tune? I doubt id go that far but it is impressive.
Yes indicators now integrated into tail light assy, got it through slipstream performance. Got the screen off ebay, BESTEM? brand. I imported the following from Indysuperbikes in the states: PC111 was $260, GPR damper $380, CRG levers $86 each, Speedo tuner $88 and postage $65 (US dollars). Got it dynoed in Campbelltown, price will vary depending on how many dyno runs they do.

I also did the KLEEN air mod and left the crankcase breather hose connected to the airbox rather than rerouting it to the pair valves.

newbie question: what's that red box on the triplpe clamp?
That's a radial mount dampener.

121hp is pretty healthy for a 636. Well done!
121.8hp that extra 0.8 counts :D

That's right red thing is a GPR radial mount steering damper. got it because it was cheaper than the hyperpro or ohlins stick type dampers. Works really well, so I'm happy.
