Don't know about shifty, but Claus has never been one to miss an oportunity....... He still owns the BP at North Wilberforce which he leases out, maybe he got a land only deal on the halfway house and he will have the Putty Rd all to himself...
No only joking, Claus is not the type of bloke to get involved in that stuff.........

Funny that as we never fuel up there, only at Broke & had plenty of fuel to go to Windsor & further

*facepalm*
As to the never stopping there, well when i went up there i used to alternate between them depending on who was with us when we went up. Last i hard that bloke had problems with getting his tanks fixed due to a fuel leak or something. is this right?
Never fueled up there as it seemed to be out of fuel every other week, only stopped in for a drink and food if I was hungry. It was a good place to stop and check the blue light conditions with other riders. I always fuel up at the Caltex in Wilberforce, if you want to do laps of the putty just go 2 klms past the mibrodale turnoff and fill up at Bulga.
