fairing bolts
the old girl has some fairing bolts missing and seems to be held together in 2 places with zip ties. Ive done a quick check of google and all i can see is overseas suppliers selling fairing bling rather than standard bolts.
Im after a standard black set of bolts to suit a 97 zx6, only need 3-4 but if i have to buy a whole set i will. Anyone know where i can get there locally?

If you fail elsewhere, you can always call a dealer and order them in.

Take a sample to a proper nut & bolt shop, or go genuine

Re: fairing bolts
yeah thought about going to a nut and bolt shop but they usually only sell by the bulk. Like i said dont mind buying a set, but they would want me to buy at least 50 of each type of bolt i bring in.

Re: fairing bolts
Can you put up a pic of the bolts you want ? Might have some Kawa ones to suit .
Bloody expensive from Kawasaki , better to take a sample to a bolt supplier .

Re: fairing bolts
Local bolt joint will sell as many or as few as you need . I try to buy some other stuff to try and make it worth while serving me . Sometimes they have just given me bits as it is not worth charging .MrWasabi wrote:yeah thought about going to a nut and bolt shop but they usually only sell by the bulk. The ones im after are 3 x the hex and washers and 5 x the normal screws. If you got any lying around id be happy to throw some bucks your way to cover postage and effort

Re: fairing bolts
I got genuine bolts quicker and cheaper from these US guys than my local Kwaka dealer offered.

Re: fairing bolts
Mate if you are near Parra, U2 Fastener supplies are the way to go, every nut bolt or washer you could ever need and if they can't find it they will order you 'one'.
Go down Woodville Rd out of Parra towards the Mechano set, when you get to the Maccas by Bunnings turn left into the little Ing Est there, they are in the rear left hand corner. Mention Chris and Damon from NoseCone and wait for the discount
