Also im getting Shinkos because they suit my style of riding more than a stickier softer tyre. I need them to last for commuting but still give me some fun on the weekends.
These or the Pirelli dragons came highly recommended. Being a tight ass im going with the cheaper option

swing arm will look good with the KSRC ones as it will follow the shape of the swingarm, and if you have no problem putting stickers on the fairings i reckon a KUDA will go go nicly on the black belly

Try to fine some Metzler M1s. I had them on my CBR600 when I commuted, 15000km from the rear, 28,000km from the front! Shinko is cheap, but has a flat profile which isn't much fun in the hills. M1s are good in the wet too, and can be had quite cheap.
Looks like an OK, bike, but yeah the blinkers look a bit naff.
Stickers on the swing arm is the go.
Enjoy.

um I was thinking Owen, the title (slightly changed) has till now referred to ZX6R track bikes that were in a previous life roadies, you do realise that now you have taken the step you must attend many track dayz that are attended by other KSRC members in order to prove your allegiance
SEE YOU THERE!

dont go shinkos mate
go for pilot rad 2s... they are hard in the centre and soft on the sides... or go for some pirelli corsa 3s... they also have a hard centre compound for good mileage commuting...
oh and yeah, track days are a must!!!

Re: "I couldnt help myself" member number 4
I use M1s. Used to get em from action in parra for like 300 350? a set. can't remember. should be on the website. Although I only got about 7-8000k out of the rear, but the front is still good so that may be my riding style. Also, the M1s was what I used on the track for the xmas track day. They do let go under load a little, but in a predictable manner. Rather than MIchelins which apparently just let go without as much warning.
