How about a Re-run all the past "t' shirts" with the addition of the 10 year anniversary logo, same with the other merchandise, put the 10 year logo on it all.

oh thought of another few suggestions.

"10 years of KSRC and we still havnt grown up"

"10 years of KSRC, the ride of your life"

"10 years of KSRC, we're getting better/worse with age"

"10 years of KSRC, the ride has been awesome"

"10 years of KSRC, my drinking team has a racing problem"

"10 years of KSRC and lovin' it"

"10 years of KSRC, it's a kawasaki obsession"

"10 years of KSRC, it's a kawasaki thing"

"10 years of KSRC, HTFU and lean the farker"

"10 years of KSRC, all we have learnt is HTFU and lean the farker"

"10 years of KSRC, great mates, great rides, great beer"

I imagine the biggest problem with doing re-runs of a lot of shirts is interest in particular shirts being (un)popular compared to others compared to the fact i am quite sure there is a lot of messing about required for each individual shirt run. i.e. resetting/realigning/calibrating all the gear when changing print designs. I know this as we just printed our wedding invites and due to an idiot (me) some were messed up. Was a $50 fee just to start the next print run plus the cost of the invites created on top of that!
