Insurance:What to declare?

Ok called my Insurer,Told them all the add-ons to the bike they were sweet raised the agreed value from $13,700 to $16,470

....That's more than it was new....

Also asked them why I'm paying $162.00 a month insurance,And aparently it's because I live in ghetto Padstow

...

If I was too keep the bike at my in-law's at Glenn Alpine (Campbelltown) it would only be $77.00

....

I knew I was paying too much
