Post by jockey123 »

Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any bike training track days around WA?? And if anyone has done them, and worth doing? Cost?

AHG near the internation terminal do regular track days (short track) plus Trackdayz at either Barbagello raceway or Collie motorplex.
http://www.trackdayz.com.au , http://www.dtec.com.au

If you live in Perth / Collie , well worth it I'd say.

I have done lots of AHG... $80 for a 2.5 hour zoom around the track. Its a flat track, with lots of bits to hone your cornering skills. I highly recommend it, but you must first complete the Adv Rider Trainig to be able to take part in the Tuning sessions..aka the $80 Zoom.

Trakdayz and Racecraft are held up at Barb's.. again well worth the dosh.

There are also advance ride days carried out by a few of the Riding Instruction groups.. Elite http://www.elitemotorcycletraining.com.au/and Alert http://www.alertmotorcycleschool.com/both do these...again well worth the $.

But be warned.... Track time is very addictive.
