Forgetting to turn blinkers OFF

i just hold my thumb on the switch sometimes and when i turn the corner it turns off straight away. but other then that its straight forward. especially when your drinking rummmm!!!!!! yum

ROFL yeah true but the hands were the last things to come off the bike lol, for some reason i was still holding onto the bike for abit. who knows! who cares. Done and dusted. bring on the 01 zx6r i say.

I have just started riding - my partner has been riding for many years so its good to have him around:)
I was doing the same thing - forgetting to turn off blinkers.
Now i have a certain checklists i have in my head when i do cetain things
Blinkers
When i turn them on
i do my turn
as soon as im straight
i turn off

I only had to think about it for a while until its natural.
I have a long way to go - but im enjoying myself

After riding dirt bikes without indicators for years before I hit the road, I know what you mean.
It may sound silly but I just remember.
Just say it in your head every corner until it becomes 2nd nature.
