I did HART level 8&9 a while ago.
My opinion is that they're ok if you're new to riding - waste of money if you've done a bit though. I did it during the half-price deal they had last year and felt that I would've been ripped off if I'd paid full price.
I got a couple of good tips, but most of the day was spent just waiting around for a turn. I wasn't all that impressed.
And we used our own bikes Mina - at least up here they only provide their bikes for the learners courses.

If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.
Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level, then beat you with experience.

I sent an E-mail to the superbikes school about training here in W.A. and they just replied, no they don't do any training here in W.A. I wonder if this would change their mind http://www.pimm.org/ it has to make some kind of change for rider training here, at the moment there are no advanced riding courses to be done, nothing at all! just big roundabouts and winding country roads  I am having trouble perseiving the correct corner entry speed mainly
itchy knees are best scratched on big roundabouts!
