Hello from brissie

Post by wullieb1 »

Hey all,

Found the site whilst trawling the net looking for a few bits and pieces for my new bike.

On Friday i bought myself what was advertised as a 1996 Kawasaki ZX600F which from my reasearch is a ZX6R under a different guise. Hopefully i'm right lol.

It needs a few bits and pieces done to it hence why i got it cheap.

Previous owner had cut the headers off it. Already got new headers and replaced them.

Its currently registered as a single seater and i think it used to be a track bike. Looking to replace the rear ducktail and get it back to original at the back as it has race glas front an rear and the rear doesn't look to hot IMO.

Anyway i'm 33 and new to riding in Sept last year. My current bike is a Hyosung GT250R (tried the Ninja 250 and it felt really small) which i'll need to stay on until at least Oct this year. Gives me time to get the pieces for my bike.

Expect to see me around asking questions and looking for bits.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.
