Centripetal force is the inertia trying to send you on a tangent and the centrifugal force is what is keeping you travelling in an arc, in this case it is the force the road applies to the tyres which transfers to the seat applying a force to your arse stopping you from flying off into the outfield. Sounds to me like you are analyzing things too much, you can't learn to ride by reading a book. There are certain rules to riding a motorcycle correctly that never change but there is a whole bunch of other stuff that varies from rider to rider. Rules are ok but they are meant to be broken. By the way, your arms and hands should be relaxed when you are riding, but feel free to break the rule if you want.
