its got to be g-force. imagine gravitron the show ride. (anybody??)if your going fast enough round the corner the weight is actually being forced onto the bike. if you were going slower though and attempted the same lean angle the weight would not be forced through the bike and you would either tip over, or fall off.

As your body comes off the bike you can tend to twist slightly & this will cause the opposite leg to stick out, have a look at my avatar my opposite knee is off the tank & another good example is MadKaw

But if you slow down and lose your "momentum" you drop straight down to the ground, thats called Gravity.
