Sponsor Feedback - Aitkens

Post by Vukie »

Searched to see if there was a thread for Sponsor feedback and couldnt find one so started my own :P

Just had the bike serviced at Aitkens and though i would let you guys know i was quite happy with their service, it was a 2 yr service so i had all fluids done and alos had them look at a rattle in the clutch leaver under warranty. Picked the bike up today rattle is gone, and the brakes also seem to feel much firmer, my lever suffered that typical sloppy feeling the tokikos get but after the fluid has gone in its much firmer now. The boys also replaced a fairing bolt i had lost and just gave the bike a general once over, i also like the chain wax they use and want to get my self some :o

When i picked the bike up i spoke with Andrew mentioned i was a KSRC member and got a discount on the consumables and labour aswell :D

So if your are due for a service, drop in and see the boys.

Actually I've been meaning to do likewise for the last week.

I had the 10 in for it's 18k last Friday and Andrew and his team did a great job. Even hung around until 7.30 to finish it because they knew I had the track day the following day. The good thing about them is they are genuinely interested and want feedback also. Andrew asked me to give him a call on Monday re how the brakes went on Saturday.

Great service, great people to have a chat to and good info.

The 9 is now in for a service at Aitkens, I was VERY happy with the service I received when I got the ZRX done prior to the Island trip, the fact Jamie went out of his way to rectify a little problem (not entirely their fault either I might add) showed thier true character.

Once again I have been happy with the service :kuda:

Well done to Jamie, Paul & Jeff.
