ZXRobyn wrote:Well, as some of you are already aware, I was involved in a high speed accident near Heathcote Rd on the M5 early Sat 14th March. From what I've been told the M5 was closed for some 4hrs thereafter.
I was a pillion on a v-rod and tbh don't remember anything about the accident at all. When I was being driven home from Liverpool hospital last Sat (21st) I was gobsmacked at the markings etc left by the police and the location of them - I really have no recollection of the whereabouts nor the details of the incident. It's so very sureal, it's hard to put into words.

I will say one thing and that is ALWAYS wear your gear !!! I cannot emphasise that enough . . . . seriously I wouldn't be here typing this if I hadn't. Tbh, I really don't know why I'm here anyway, other than someone must have been keeping a watchful eye on me and my friend. :) angel7.gif

Like you...My other ½, who came off worse than me in the accident, has absolutely no memory of the accident

Yeah as people have said it's great to know that you have survived relatively well and thank god for the gear. Hope you get back to full strength in no time.

Oh and +1 on the sponge bath waiting list, and where are the pics of you in the knee high boots???
