Suspension(firm but not hard)

Post by ezzazrx »

Using advice I got from this forum I went to see Izzy at Suspensions R Us a recommended buisness in a thread dated 2005 i think. The ZRX was fitted with racetech springs and the forks and shockers were revalved, Izzy took my weight and set the suspension up for me. He also told me the goldvalves weren't nessessary for my type of riding. I was very happy with the work and the service so thanks Izzy. The bike feels nice and firm on the road without being hard on the seat, you can hear the valves working when you push down on the forks also no more bouncing when they come back up . The bike feels like it's on rails very confidence inspiring. One of the better mod's I've done.Cheers EZZA :kuda:

Mate, good to hear you got it sorted, suspension set up is one of the key things you need to do to have confidence in the bike..and the ZRX's do require a fiddle to set up correctly, but once they are they are certainly weapons ! (although you cant tell Marty that.. )
