A twist of the wrist
I bought a dvd of this today and watched it. It's a bit old and in some places pretty corny but it does have quite a few solid tips for riding a bike well.
I think it would be excellant for any new or learner rider (like me). It probably has a few tips and ideas that even the more experienced guys could learn from.
I also just bought Ghost rider. That's just crazy...lol. A guy doing 300kph down a busy freeway weavin thru cars!! stupid...lol.
guess we should have a video night sometime.

Firstly welcome to the KSRC - I think you'll enjoy it here.
I've got the first Gjost Rider DVD, but if you want crazy and real action do yourself a favour and buy any of the TT or NW200 DVDs. AWESOME!!! You won't regret it.

re: A twist of the wrist
The ghost rider thing has got other stuff on it too...like the world stunt bike championships....actually just on that....I don't like the stands they have on the back of the bikes to stop them going right over....they use them to get on top and stuff...just isn't realistic...I reckon they should have to flip the bike just like the rest of us!!! (well not me anyway....but if I did a mono....i would fall off the back).
And there is this thing called a bomber weekend from Finland. What is it with these European countries???....They get a little drunk...they get on their bikes and then they wanna take their clothes off and get on the bike??? Although they did do this pretty spectacular looking burn out where they back onto a small burning patch of some sort of liquid...they do a burn out and the flame spreads all round the bike tyre....looks really great....well except for parts of the bike catching on fire....and when they guy is naked doing it...well...the bike is not the only thing that gets roasted!!!

RE Twist of the Wrist I think you'll get more out of reading the books (more out of the 2nd than the 1st, but 1st is still worth the read).
I've heard mixed reviews about the dvd/video - but nothing but good from the books.
I've read them both and they're worth it.
