How to win customers.....not

Post by Glen »

I've just had the sad misfortune to stumble across (by accident) Paul from WET4U and i have to say I would never buy anything from these tossers.

I'm looking for glass for the 6 so I'm ringing just about anyone who has fibreglass and bikes anywhere near there name. I rang Handcraft in Seven Hills and the lady there was quite helpful and said she would give me the number of their race fairing guy. I rang the number and lo and behold I get WET4U.

I ask him about glass for an 08 ZX6 and I get a stern shitty reply that he doesn't make them because the kawasaki race team took the business from him and that I should speak to Radar about it as it's his problem   Clearly noone other than the Kawasaki race team buys track fairings.

What an absolute useless, short sighted, arrogant, unhelpful reply. I hope the success of his business reflects his approach to customers..

I'll stop whingeing now.

sounds familiar,

there was a race practise cay at EC a couple of weeks back, and a bloke was runnin around looking to share the cost of a pit (you have to pay) walked into the only one that had a bike in it, asked if he may, and was pretty much told to fuck off, and given half a lecture on how his pit was full. it had a van and 1 bike in it. :?

what a toss bag. he probably needed the whole garage to squeeze his ego into it.

The funny thing is that W4U fairings are all made by Handcraft and up until w4u's involvement they were pretty good to deal with. Now you can only buy their fairings though w4u.

Luckly for Handcraft they don't have thier name on the fairings otherwise the business would have to be suffering with people having to deal with such a twat as w4u.

Maybe someone should have a word with Handcraft and tell them what an absolute wanker he is, and that it is hurting the business being associated with this drop kick. (and yes I'm being nice about the name calling).

There is an old saying that you should never trust a man with two first names. Wet for you has three so that means he is even less trust worthy.
Remember, half the people you know are below average.
