wanted to borrow: hanging bracket for akrapovic oval can

hey guys waiting for my bracket to arrive from akrapovic which could take 4 weeks and i really want to put my pipes back on the bike, does anyone have a bracket lying around that i could use for 3 weeks or so that would hold an AKRAPOVIC oval can to fit a 2003 z1000. any finnish or color will do i just need a temporary solution!!! thanks

Just a thought but surely ti wouldn't be too hard to get a bit of sheetmetal and bend/drill it just to hold things in place till said bracket arrives? Line the inside of the bracket with some sort of tape or something so it doesn't scratch the pipe of course..

Try RP Wallis at Wetherill Park. They sell industrial and truck parts. A bracket for an air cleaner may do the job short term.
