GPX250 price guide

Post by wooly72 »

Not sure if this is the right section,
Just after what you guys think would be a "real" price for this bike. My mate is looking at selling her bike, and we are unsure on a price (I have a good idea), but wanted to get your opinions.
Its a 2007 GPX250, with approx 1200 klms on it, still under warranty until May 2009, rego till May as well. Its basically still new.
Nothing wrong with it, never been dropped. She just hasnt had time to ride it, and looking at buying something else.
She lives on the NSW/QLD Border.

Thanks in advance.

They were $6200 new on the road at some dealers, so privately, I'd be pushing for $4000-4500. :D (or $50 posted...)
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R :) Yeah I like Kawasakis.

i'd take J5's advice, he seems to be a living breathing redbook.

Thanks for your help.
Had a valuation done on the bike today, and J5's advice was nearly right on. Will be putting the bike in the for sale section in the next few days.

thanks again.
