Santa decided I needed new boots as the two pairs I have are rooted. 1 pair has done 80,000Km+ and show it, the other pair got binned at Broadford and are a bit sorry now. Thankfully Santa let me try lots of different pairs, which was lucky as the ones I'd had my eye on for ages were not very comfy, and with all the twiddly bits, buckles etc they took 8 weeks to do up (Sidi Vertigo Corser). The top of the line Alpine stars were even more uncomfortable, so after many hours trying on boots and making salesmen earn their keep I ended up with these..........

They are Alpine Star RSX, and are very comfortable. The toe is a little more firm than I'm used to, so gear change feels a bit weird, but I an very happy with them.

I didn't think I'd have anything to add, but Chris's parents bought me some earrings, and deliberately bought a pair I can easily fit under the helmet :D That counts doesn't it? :D

I did buy myself a new car though :D

First my wife got me a Trackday at Broadford in November... Because basically we knew I probably wouldnt have any time over the next few months...

because my wife got me this for christmas.... Born 1 hour before Xmas (11:15PM Christmas eve).

And ofcourse its bike related....... I might find I have less time to spend to ride my bike...
