Glad to see the back of 2008

Post by Rossi »

Righty ho ............
This year 2008 has been as flat as fark for me and Linda ..My dear old Mum died a week after Linda and I had got back from seeing her in the UK, and I had slipped back into my old UK ways, of believing that WORK was the "main" thing going on in our lifes and the 9 has not been given the thrashing it deserves  - for that I apologise, even more importantly I have neglected to get my arse into gear, and get out there and see my GOOD mates of KSRC .....and again I can only apologise.
So be warned.............. OUR New Year's resolution is :-

1. To get the bike out more often and see if I can avoid Victoria's finest ( at least until May when I get 6 points back
2. To turn up at YOUR place with not more than a days notice, bringing beer, nibbles and expecting a bed for the night ( I always drink too much and fall asleep - (as most of you have witnessed :D ).... well at least to drive anyway ;) . That includes you too Dan & Sarah - Tassie's not too far away :?
3. To arrange a few choice piss-ups at my place - I suppose it's a bit too late to sort it for New Years eve ?- BUT it is Linda's birthday on February 1st, so that should do as a starter ?? (Bed's strictly limited - so get your bookings in NOW ;) - Shit loads of floor space though you'll have to bring your own sleeping bag. ( We got new neighbours too and haven't had the opportunity to piss them off ....YET :D Plus the lady from over the road has asked if her sister can come over again---- Our parties are always better  )
4. Get to the GP, Hall's Gap & the Supers and anything else I can find to attend  ....illness forced us to pull out the night before on every one of these this year, but at least my baggage made it ( thanks Mick Dundee :kuda: )there and back on it's own .
I guess what I am really trying to say is................FFS us Vic crew NEED to get together again :kuda:
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.
