But I always use Premium or the higher Premium too which I think she gets more milege out of the better one. I don't commute on mine anymore and bought a Hyundai Getz 08 mod and that gets twice the milege compared to the bike (of course). Like the other bloke said stuff worrying about fuel and love the power.

Peter
I wish i didnt have to commute on it but with having to pay for a wedding and a new mortgage its pretty much commute or get a car

does the ZX12 fuel guage work the same as the Z1000 ? First 4 bars stays on for ages and the last 4 dissapear. I get most of my riding on the first 4 bars, last 4 disappear in about 40-50km's
ZX-2R '88 -> ZX636 '06 -> ZX-9R '99 -> ZX-10R '04 -> Z1000 '03 -> ZX-10R '04 -> ZX-10R '08

..not on my sportsbarge
they just disappear in a steady fashion (although the first one seems to disappear quickly)
½ are gone at 140..ish (highway cruzin) and I have 35-40kms left with one bar

and I think thats how they SHOULD work :twisted:
