Finally got a chance to catch up with "Strawbs" You know the long haired chain smoking vegan Muso Hemiduty that lobbed up on a Bris KSRC ride on a POS Zephyr 550 that broke down from a rusted Fuel tank clogging the carbies & fuel tap not once but twice before the second meeting point on a Rathdowney run. Yep thats him the same bloke that said, I'm too tired to drive my car to his First Morgan park track day & back, can you do it Brett while i catch up on my Sleep. After swapping fastest laps & bikes on a rough red 7r & the flying flatspot which was the FZR600" .... yep thats the Sofdquok. :P Anywho ...

The boy is a bit lighton in the self promoting stakes & has been offered a test ride on a GP125 for all the Qld rounds next year. Test is early dec at QLD Bumpway, I'll be out there with the Green wig on trying not too embarrass him to much ..... NOT.

Just thought everyone would like to know that his commitment & skill has been Noticed. It just could be the step up needed for an old man in a hurry to get some support & too carry onto the next level. 8)

Oh on another note Drmsby has done all the racing with pretty much standard suspension components & settings. Budget & lack of resources has always seen him leave it & just ride the fricken' wheels off it. It Would be awesome if someone knew anyone at the track or with another team/class that could help him to get the R6 set up as good as the blokes behind him, let alone in front in most races.
