Recently someone down at the track has mentioned the folowing;
The ELDERS real estate site has a month (28 days) forecast ,that according to the dude hasn't failed yet. He said the only unnespected variation can be electrical storms, that is not predictable that far in advance.
Comes handy for track day reservations. (the 13th is not quite up yet

I have been following the elders weather site now for almost two years, and its not to bad but, dont trust it to much, its likely to disapoint you as it has done me on occasion!
