binths first real crash

Post by binther »

well i've been riding about 6 months and it was due... some turd tried to do a illegal turn into a side street that just happened to have a cop car blocking the way.. seems to deside it was a bad idea to run into it and bailed on turning into my way... i jumped on the breaks now this is was eather a mistake on my behalf for breaking to hard or some oil on the road considering we were at a set of lights im not sure... and personally i don't think im good enough to rule out rider error i know im swallowing my ego there but oh well i lost the front end.. i again broke the start button on the bike... i think it hits then tank when full lock to the right... which is a design fault... will get nanna to post pics tonight oh and ive now desided it was the fault of the ekka.. and russins... its all there fault.

seems that luck hasn't been on my side even with nanna working hard to keep the bike on the road with problem after problem and now this. im just hoping i've used up 10 years worth of back luck in the last 3 months with this bike.. between breakdowns and me breaking stuff lol i swear its been off the road longer then on :(

oh well im sure nanna will have something smart ass to say about this but its ok im goign to drop the bike off tonight so i'll get a chance to thump him

thanks for listening to my rant and spill

Sorry to hear about the drop :? No design fault with the switch block ......either the bar is bent in or the stop is gawn, there is no way it would be hitting the tank if in its original pozzy. so did the cop book the cager?

no sorry to say it was in CBD right outfront one of the ekka enterences just before the bridge inbound... it was only this morning about 12:30pm on my way to work... i had to push the bike the last 5k to work because it flooded and my battery is dead... just one more thing on the list of expenses me and nanna have to pay lol :)

oh wait i don't need a battery now... without a start button might as well stick with jump starting it
