Welcome to the forums Andi
I dont have an owners manual, but if you need a service manual i do have soft copies, or you can get them from our repository.
But generally I tend to change the oil and filter in mine every 5000k's with Motul 10/50w
Drain the brake lines with new fluid once every 6 months
lube the chain every 3-4 months
clean the chain with kero and relube every 12 months
change radiator fluid every year and sparkies every year also
now thats my personal preference, and others may advise otherwise. but really as long as you dont leave any of the above for too long, you should see many K's out of your engine.
