A police mate of my dads once told him, some years ago now, If you are faced with a home invader and you have a gun yell stop then shoot him dead. Then yell stop don't come any closer and put one into the roof then yell stop and put a second one in the roof.

yeah i bought my mum a house on the outskirts of the city, her nearest neighbour (a cop) about 300m away told her the same thing, shoot, kill then put a few in the roof or walls well away from the moron.

Nope, javaman, you wouldn't. It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle they are driving/riding is in roadworthy condition. This is iron clad in the road rules, I believe.

dont think many of us would do something like that, especially ksrc members. Its just like what jase said, ur going for a ride with mates. KSRC is a cheaper alternative (no offence guys/gals) to sending mms/sms to ur mates saying "lets go for a squirt".

I know a few people that stacked from the cbr250 forum and i haven't heard any suing cases.

I just dont think it will happen between us.
