yeah i bought my mum a house on the outskirts of the city, her nearest neighbour (a cop) about 300m away told her the same thing, shoot, kill then put a few in the roof or walls well away from the moron.

Strange concept :axe: does that means if some dickhead stole my bike and dropped himself coz the brake is not working or something I will need to pay him too?

Nope, javaman, you wouldn't. It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle they are driving/riding is in roadworthy condition. This is iron clad in the road rules, I believe.

Smitty, i'm not sure where ur getting this info from. if its a yank mag then i believe that it happens but i dont think it happens in Oz.

dont think many of us would do something like that, especially ksrc members. Its just like what jase said, ur going for a ride with mates. KSRC is a cheaper alternative (no offence guys/gals) to sending mms/sms to ur mates saying "lets go for a squirt".

I know a few people that stacked from the cbr250 forum and i haven't heard any suing cases.

I just dont think it will happen between us.

if it does i'll sort'em out

mina
article was Australian...
this has been the subject of lots of mail, articles etc recently from
the AMF to VMAC to the larger groups ...Ulysses MRA etc
the latest stuff being in the Ulysses Riding On mag Dec 2004
and
i thought I would see what the members here think

(see my original post)
I don't for a minute think it would be a problem here
but as we have a fairly large gathering of riders in KSRC
and as they all have their own opinions on matters motorcycling
I was after their comments...

cheers
GOTTA LUV the 12R!!
