Greetings All

Post by Chuck41 »

(In the voice of Dr Nick Riviera) Hi Everybody!

I'm Chuck, and I'm the Flaggies co-ord for the PCRA. Ducati Paul and Gosling1 have put some posts up about flagging at the Fig 8 round on the 8th Jun at Oran Park, so I thought I'd introduce myself. By way of Kawasaki Motorcycling credentials, I've had bikes of all kinds over a 32 year span (I started when I was 11 on a Honda XR75!). I did my "P"s in Qld on a KR250, and my first race bike was a KH100 Bucket ( for the huge price of $750). I'm currently racing a 1970 Suzuki T250 in period 4 , a Cagiva Mito in NE2 F3, and a Moriwaki 80 in Motolites

Firstly, Huge thanks to the KSRC members who flagged at Wakefield Park last round. It's the nature of most sports (at club level) that for the players to do their thing, It takes a lot of support from volunteers, and without that support, there's no show! It came down to the last minute at wakefield, and it was that situation which bumped me into putting my hand up as the Flaggies co-ord. Hopefully there won't be any last minute calls for help for at least the rest of this year, and probably next year!

I've got three names for the next round, I need one more minimum, but ideally 5 more will put 2 flaggies at each point.
If there's anyone keen, please get in touch with me. If you've got any questions/concerns, again, give me a call!

Thanks
