Went out on the bike otday with the gf to the national park in kuringai... douwn to akuna bay, out to west head, and then round and down to church point. It was a lovely day for a ride and it wasn't too cold!!

we did that as well... headed into the nasho... thru akuna bay, then hung a left to go to west head, then double back and head thru church point and onto McCarrs Creek Road...+ you have to add in McCarrs creek Rd & head out to the beaches
first part of the ride is very bumpy, heading out to west head tho was nice, with some sweepers and no bumps....
we only passed 2 boat trailors... so it wasnt too bad...

the early parts near terry hills do need attention badly!!!
in regards to boats.... i think we hit the timing perfectly, we got there around 130 and so we were out by just after 2 so we missed the trailor peak hour!!!
