I went to the TeamMoto Trackday today and the day started off pretty good doing 2 sessions in slow to get a feel for the track. Ok then decided to move up to the middle group cause slow group kinda sucked nearly running up the back of a few riders .

I was having a ball so was my mate millsi as we were having fun with some dude on a racebike. Farkin hell was very cool seein millsi dive up the inside of turn 2 overtaking the racebike in process bringing up sparks off his titanium knee sliders. Sometime after this it went all pear shaped for me. I was coming down the back straight braking late and overtaking a few riders in process and then started to overtake a guy on the outside of turn3 and half way around turn 3 i gave it a little gas then ................fark.........lowside.

Apart from what you can see in the pics i bent the clip on and grinded off a nice chunk of front brake lever.

Looking at your scratches (and mine  ) seems like it could have been prevented using those knobs. Any suggestion around here whether such device is worth having ?

I have seen kits for 108us dollars which include billet barends, frame sliders and swingarm sliders, the swingarm sliders are like pickup knobs but a bit longer and made out of plastic.

Seemed a good idea but i am trying to be optemistic maybe if the dollar goes up to eighty cents i will have a go they should be easy to post anyway.

ARGH! no good man. Thats 2, in the space of barely a month. Ah well, at least its a very honourable stack.

And luckily, like me, you got off with next to no damage. Just a clipon and a brake lever. Lucky stuff.

Sorry to see your bad luck mate. Always seems to happen when you're having a ball. :(
But since the bikeis a total write off, why not just give it to me
Ateast it only scuffed up one side, noot left, right, top, front and rear.
